How a TikTok collaboration with @sogrom works

Start with your business goal

Before deciding what to film, decide what you want people to know. Are you introducing a new venue, showing a signature dish or launching a product? One clear goal makes it easier to choose the right story. Send me your business name, location, timing and a short explanation of what you have in mind.

Agree on the scope

A collaboration can involve a voiceover video, a mic’d visit or supporting stories. We’ll discuss the format and confirm the deliverables in a quote. This is also the time to discuss where the content will be posted, any review arrangements and whether you want to reuse it on your own channels. Paid advertising permissions should be agreed separately if needed.

Plan the filming visit

Think about who should appear, what should be shown and when your business is ready to film. For food venues, a few well-chosen dishes often make a clearer story than trying to show the entire menu. Let your team know about the visit and identify someone who can answer questions about the business.

Keep the information accurate

Provide current opening times, product details and anything viewers need to know. If there are limitations on an offer, make them clear. The aim is to help people understand your business, not make claims that cannot be supported.

Review what happened

After posting, review the measures that match your goal. Views and engagement show how people responded to the content, but they do not automatically mean sales. If you want to understand enquiries or visits, discuss a suitable tracking method before the campaign begins.
