Meet Ken, the founder
Ken’s idea grew from travelling around Australia and trying different types of jerky. That journey inspired him to create his own, with carefully selected meat and deeper flavours.
His passion is experimenting with taste. Drawing inspiration from adventurous chefs, he spent years researching, testing and refining recipes. The aim was to make jerky that people would remember for its flavour.
That story gives the business a personal starting point. Behind the packets is a founder who has put time into developing something of his own.
Wagyu jerky and a growing range
The brand’s website lists Wagyu beef jerky as available now. It also introduces camel, kangaroo, buffalo, venison and emu as coming soon, so check with Ken about current availability.
