Choose the story before the dishes
A creator visit works best when the purpose is clear. Perhaps you want people to discover your signature dish, understand your menu or see a new space. Choose the main story first, then select the food and people that help tell it.
Pick a manageable menu selection
You do not need to prepare every dish. A smaller selection gives us time to capture the food properly and explain what makes it interesting. Tell me what customers love, what is new and whether there are any important dietary details. Keep ingredient and product information accurate.
Choose a sensible filming time
Discuss filming around the needs of your team and customers. A quieter period may make conversation easier, while some atmosphere can help show the experience of visiting. We’ll agree on a time that works for your venue and the content plan.
Prepare the people and space
Let staff know what is happening. Decide who can talk about the business and choose a clean area with room to film. Be mindful of customer privacy. If people will appear clearly in the content, make sure the filming arrangements are appropriate.
Confirm the practical details
Share the correct business name, address, opening hours and booking or ordering link. If a promotion has a deadline or conditions, provide them before filming. Discuss posting dates, deliverables and content usage so expectations are clear.
Think beyond the view count
A video can introduce your venue, but reach and sales cannot be guaranteed. Decide what success would look like for your business and how you could track it. This might mean asking new customers how they found you or using a specific campaign offer.
